We know that buying a mattress online can be scary. We do our very best to match our customer’s needs with the correct mattress. We do not make "junk" products just to hit a price point. From the bottom of our line to the top, we use high-quality components and never compromise our standards. We are confident that the product we sell you will meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that this does not happen - we have created this 100-Night Sleep Trial.
Try any of our mattresses for 100 nights. You must keep your mattress for at least 45 nights. Studies show that it sometimes takes several weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If after 45 nights, but before 100 nights you are still unsatisfied you can then return your mattress for a full refund.
To receive your refund you must provide photo evidence of your mattress being donated. In certain cases we will have your mattress picked up and returned to us - this is at Engineered Sleep's discretion.
This applies to custom sizes, but not to custom mattress builds outside of our standard offerings.

During the first 100 nights of sleeping on your DUO mattress, you can make ONE Comfort Exchange.
You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become adjusted, if necessary. Between day 30 and day 45, if a change needs to be made, you can execute your ONE Comfort Exchange.
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most shipments will arrive via FedEx Ground. Your order will ship freight (LTL) if it includes an ES Power Base or is a custom size that is too large for FedEx Ground.
FedEx Ground deliveries arrive in a box and the mattress is compressed and rolled in plastic. They are delivered to your front door or garage. Once the boxes are with FedEx we can not control any delays.
Freight (LTL) deliveries are shipped on a pallet and delivered to your home via curbside delivery. A delivery appointment is required and you will be contacted for this to be setup. The freight company is not responsible for bringing this to your door, in your garage, or in your house.
The DUO Latex has a 10 Year Warranty on the DUO Support and a 5 Year Warranty on the DUO Comfort. You can refresh your DUO Comfort layer at an amazing price anytime.
All mattresses, with exception to custom orders, can be cancelled prior to shipping. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund on the cost of the mattress. All mattress cancellations after the 100 Night Sleep Trial are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.
