Refund policy

All Mattresses

All mattresses, with exception to custom orders and the Duo Epic, can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund, no restocking fee applies. All mattress returns after 100 days are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ES Power Base

The ES Power Base can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. After shipping confirmation - due to the nature of this product all sales are final with no cancellation / return available.
