During the first 100 nights of sleeping on your DUO mattress, you can make ONE Comfort Exchange.

We warmly encourage sleeping on it for about 30 nights first, because it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust. If you’re still not comfortable after about 30 nights, you can use your ONE Comfort Exchange any time during your 100 nights.

Every mattress is made to order in Greenville, SC, which takes 1-5 business days. FedEx then delivers it in 1-5 business days, so most orders arrive within about 2 weeks.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most shipments will arrive via FedEx Ground. Your order will ship freight if it is too large for FedEx Ground.

FedEx Ground deliveries arrive in a box and the mattress is compressed and rolled in plastic. They are delivered to your front door or garage. Once the boxes are with FedEx we can not control any delays.

In-Home Delivery includes a professional team bringing your mattress in your home, setting it up, and removing the packaging. We also offer to remove your old mattress and box springs, if needed.

The Duo Performance has a 10-year warranty on the Duo Support base and a 5-year warranty on the Duo Comfort layer. You can refresh your DUO Comfort layer at an amazing price anytime.

All mattresses, with exception to custom orders, can be cancelled prior to shipping. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund on the cost of the mattress. All mattress cancellations after the 100 Night Sleep Trial are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.

The Duo Performance is a two-piece Duo mattress built for recovery. Its comfort top pairs a 1.5-inch Avena HR foam (softer) over a 1.5-inch Serene HR foam (firmer), with natural wool, on our flippable Duo Support pocketed coil base. HR foam keeps you lifted and aligned instead of sinking, so it avoids the 'quicksand' feel of traditional memory foam.

Yes. We designed the Duo Performance for active people and plus-size sleepers. It uses only high-grade, high-resilience foams over a pocketed coil Duo Support with firm edge support. A 1.5-inch Serene HR layer (firmer) keeps you from bottoming out on the coils, while a 1.5-inch Avena HR top layer (softer) gives muscles pressure relief after an active day.

The Duo Performance uses natural wool in both the Duo Support and the Performance comfort top. The wool acts as a natural thermostat that wicks away moisture. HR foams are more responsive than traditional memory foam, so you sleep on top of the mattress rather than sinking in. The cover is organic cotton.

Yes. Flip the Duo Support to switch between its softer and firmer sides. If you need a bigger change, every Duo owner gets one Comfort Exchange. If you’re still not comfortable after about 30 nights, you can use it any time during the 100-night trial. Later on, you can buy a replacement Performance Duo Comfort Top instead of a whole new mattress.

The Duo Performance has a 14-inch profile. That height comes from its pocketed coil Duo Support topped by a removable HR foam and wool comfort layer, held in place by CLING™. It is fiberglass free, covered in organic cotton, and made in Greenville, South Carolina.
