During the first 100 nights of sleeping on your DUO mattress, you can make ONE Comfort Exchange.You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become adjusted, if necessary. Between day 30 and day 45, if a change needs to be made, you can execute your ONE Comfort Exchange.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most shipments will arrive via FedEx Ground. Your order will ship freight if it is too large for FedEx Ground.FedEx Ground deliveries arrive in a box and the mattress is compressed and rolled in plastic. They are delivered to your front door or garage. Once the boxes are with FedEx we can not control any delays.In-Home Delivery includes a professional team bringing your mattress in your home, setting it up, and removing the packaging. We also offer to remove your old mattress and box springs, if needed.You can find all of these options listed at checkout once you enter your address.

Warranty & Return Policy

The DUO Latex has a 10 Year Warranty on the DUO Support and a 5 Year Warranty on the DUO Comfort. You can refresh your DUO Comfort layer at an amazing price anytime.All mattresses, with exception to custom orders, can be cancelled prior to shipping. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund on the cost of the mattress. All mattress cancellations after the 100 Night Sleep Trial are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.

Flexibility: If, at any point during the trial, you find that the mattress doesn't meet your expectations, you have options. You can initiate a return for a full refund or with our DUO Mattresses you can do ONE Comfort Exchange. We want you to find the perfect mattress for a restful night's sleep.
Return process: Should you decide to return the mattress, simply reach out to our customer service team. We will guide you through the return process, which may involve scheduling a pickup or providing instructions for donation in some cases. Rest assured, we aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned mattress, we will process your refund promptly. If you opt for an exchange, our team will assist you in selecting a different model that aligns with your sleep preferences. Just buy it. This was our fifth trial mattress and I was exasperated trying to find the perfect fit. After months of searching I found this highly praised company and I now see why. Their customer service was amazing— someone was even texting me at 9pm helping me figure out what mattress to buy (and they weren’t even exclusively pitching their own products). The mattress itself is the most comfortable I’ve ever been on. I had never slept on latex I just knew I couldn’t do memory foam any more. It’s so comfortable and sleeps cool. No regrets here. Just buy it!

Outstanding customer service! Custom changes to coils have solved my back pain When I purchased my XL Twin mattress 3.5 years ago, I needed the cushioning for my joints provided by the 2” latex top, plus the flexibility of the Duo for use on a fairly old hospital bed frame. Unfortunately, I did not realize at the time of purchase that I could/should have requested that the same firmer coils used along the edges also be used throughout the entire mattress. My back needed more support than the standard duo provided on its firmest side, and recently I had often been unable to spend an entire night on this bed. When Davis asked if I would submit a review, I explained my situation and indicated that I would prefer not to do so, since I didn’t want to mislead anyone about what might very well be my unique situation. I suspected that the flat springs in my hospital bed frame might have weakened with age and be at least a partial source of my back issues. His response: “Can we come and replace [the mattress] for you—with the firmer option?” Of course I accepted. The new mattress arrived 2 weeks later—and I haven’t had a single backache during the night since then!
