During the first 100 nights of sleeping on your DUO mattress, you can make ONE Comfort Exchange.You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become adjusted, if necessary. Between day 30 and day 45, if a change needs to be made, you can execute your ONE Comfort Exchange.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most shipments will arrive via FedEx Ground. Your order will ship freight if it is too large for FedEx Ground.FedEx Ground deliveries arrive in a box and the mattress is compressed and rolled in plastic. They are delivered to your front door or garage. Once the boxes are with FedEx we can not control any delays.In-Home Delivery includes a professional team bringing your mattress in your home, setting it up, and removing the packaging. We also offer to remove your old mattress and box springs, if needed.You can find all of these options listed at checkout once you enter your address.

Warranty & Return Policy

The DUO Latex has a 10 Year Warranty on the DUO Support and a 5 Year Warranty on the DUO Comfort. You can refresh your DUO Comfort layer at an amazing price anytime.All mattresses, with exception to custom orders, can be cancelled prior to shipping. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund on the cost of the mattress. All mattress cancellations after the 100 Night Sleep Trial are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.

Flexibility: If, at any point during the trial, you find that the mattress doesn't meet your expectations, you have options. You can initiate a return for a full refund or with our DUO Mattresses you can do ONE Comfort Exchange. We want you to find the perfect mattress for a restful night's sleep.
Return process: Should you decide to return the mattress, simply reach out to our customer service team. We will guide you through the return process, which may involve scheduling a pickup or providing instructions for donation in some cases. Rest assured, we aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned mattress, we will process your refund promptly. If you opt for an exchange, our team will assist you in selecting a different model that aligns with your sleep preferences. We’re obsessed with our Duo Latex Plus King mattress. Our old bed was only six years old but already sagging in the middle and we were in denial about how sore it was making our backs. I wear a smart ring that tracks my sleep, and my scores had been stuck under 50 (out of 100) for years. Honestly, I didn’t think a good night’s sleep was even possible anymore. I researched beds for a year, went to a few mattress stores, but nothing felt right. I kept coming back to Engineered Sleep but hesitated to order sight unseen. What finally convinced me was their extremely helpful customer service and the peace of mind of a comfort exchange or return if it didn’t work out. Shipping was fast and easy, and the mattress? It’s everything I hoped for and more, perfectly medium firm, with great edge support, no more rolling into the middle, and it stays cool all night. For the first time in years, I sleep straight through the night. My husband, who has back issues, loves it too. He doesn't wake up wincing anymore and the pins and needles in his hands and legs he used to wake up with are gone for good. We just got back from two weeks of traveling through multiple cities and beds, and none of them compared to the quality of our Engineered Sleep mattress. I spent weeks looking up mattress options and each rabbit hole would lead to the revelation that the mattress is question was a piece of garbage after a few months. Fortunately, the only rabbit hole Engineered Sleep will lead you down is one of comfort and incredible relaxation. When I was in the Navy, I damaged my knees, legs, back, and neck—falling asleep every night was an immense challenge, both physically and mentally. Luckily, this mattress was the coup de grace in my mattress searching efforts! I’ve never felt so comfortable while sleeping: my aches and pains finally have an avenue of relief. No more tossing and turning, hot flashes, and aches in the morning that make the day impossible. This matters isn’t cheap, but it’s an investment in your physical and mental health! I’ll come home after a long week of field work and crash into this mattress—it’s like taking a vacation into comfort. You can tell that these things are built to last.

I faithfully wear a watch that tracks my body battery and sleep score... and scores were mid 50's due to hip and mid-back pain. My wife and I heard about Engineered Sleep from our daughter and her husband. We got 2 mattresses to meet our preferences. My body battery has been in the mid 90's and even a few 100's. My sleep scores have been in the low to mid-90's since we switched. Their sales lead never pressured us, but took us through their manufacturing facility to meet the team that built our mattress. Their delivery team took our old mattress and set up our new ones. Took 10-minutes and they were super courteous. I will never buy a different mattress than one from Engineered Sleep... this mattress has literally changed my health and well-being.
