1. What are the differences between the Duo Latex, Duo Memory, and Duo Lift?
Each Duo Mattress model offers a different sleep experience:
- Duo Latex – Features a breathable latex comfort layer that offers responsive support, pressure relief, and a naturally cool sleeping surface. It’s great for sleepers who want a firmer, more buoyant feel without sinking too much. The Latex Plus model uses 4 inches of latex for sleepers who want a softer feel, but do not want to feel stuck.
- Duo Memory – Designed with memory foam for a more contouring feel, the Memory Plus model is ideal for sleepers who love a plush, body-hugging feel that relieves pressure points.
- Duo Lift – The most eco-friendly option, featuring wool, organic cotton and micro-coils. This mattress uses no foam or latex and has a luxury firm, classic feel.
2. How do the Comfort Topper and the Support Base attach?
The Duo Comfort and Duo Support layers are held together using CLING™—our proprietary attachment system.
- CLING™ fabric creates a firm grip between the two mattress layers, ensuring they stay in place without the need for zippers or adhesives.
- This seamless connection allows for effortless customization, so you can switch out comfort layers without hassle.
- The design is also optimized for use with adjustable power bases, ensuring smooth movement with zero shifting or bunching.
3. Does the Duo Mattress sleep hot?
Not at all! The Duo Mattress is designed for a cool sleep experience with breathable, high-quality materials:
- Duo Latex – Naturally temperature-neutral with an open-cell latex structure that promotes airflow.
- Duo Memory – Uses quick response memory foam that dissipates heat better than traditional memory foam.
- Duo Lift – Features natural, breathable materials to help regulate temperature.
All models are finished with an Organic Cotton Quilted Cover, enhancing breathability and moisture-wicking for a cooler, more refreshing night’s sleep.
4. How does the Comfort Exchange work?
We want you to love your mattress! That’s why the Duo Mattress comes with a 100-Night Sleep Trial, allowing for one comfort exchange within the trial period.
- If you initially chose the Duo Latex but decide you’d prefer the feel of Duo Latex Plus, you can make the switch and simply pay the difference in cost.
- Because we manufacture all of our mattresses in-house, we work closely with our customers to ensure they get the right comfort level—even customizing solutions based on your feedback.
- If after the exchange the mattress still isn’t the right fit, you are eligible for a full refund. We’ll coordinate a return or assist with a local donation.
5. Can you clean the Duo Mattress topper?
To keep your Duo Mattress in top condition, we highly recommend using a premium mattress protector. However, if you need to clean the topper:
- Spot clean using Shout® or Hydrogen Peroxide.
- Gently blot the area—avoid scrubbing too hard, as this can damage the fabric.
