During the first 100 nights of sleeping on your DUO mattress, you can make ONE Comfort Exchange.You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become adjusted, if necessary. Between day 30 and day 45, if a change needs to be made, you can execute your ONE Comfort Exchange.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most shipments will arrive via FedEx Ground. Your order will ship freight if it is too large for FedEx Ground.FedEx Ground deliveries arrive in a box and the mattress is compressed and rolled in plastic. They are delivered to your front door or garage. Once the boxes are with FedEx we can not control any delays.In-Home Delivery includes a professional team bringing your mattress in your home, setting it up, and removing the packaging. We also offer to remove your old mattress and box springs, if needed.You can find all of these options listed at checkout once you enter your address.

Warranty & Return Policy

The DUO Latex has a 10 Year Warranty on the DUO Support and a 5 Year Warranty on the DUO Comfort. You can refresh your DUO Comfort layer at an amazing price anytime.All mattresses, with exception to custom orders, can be cancelled prior to shipping. After shipping confirmation and within the 100 Night Sleep Trial you can return your mattress for a full refund on the cost of the mattress. All mattress cancellations after the 100 Night Sleep Trial are non-refundable. Special orders are non-cancellable / non-refundable.

Flexibility: If, at any point during the trial, you find that the mattress doesn't meet your expectations, you have options. You can initiate a return for a full refund or with our DUO Mattresses you can do ONE Comfort Exchange. We want you to find the perfect mattress for a restful night's sleep.
Return process: Should you decide to return the mattress, simply reach out to our customer service team. We will guide you through the return process, which may involve scheduling a pickup or providing instructions for donation in some cases. Rest assured, we aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned mattress, we will process your refund promptly. If you opt for an exchange, our team will assist you in selecting a different model that aligns with your sleep preferences. I was nervous about this purchase as I’d never bought a mattress before (had always inherited them) and had never slept on latex. My research led me to latex and then to ES and I’m very happy! I got the thicker topper and it feels soft while still having bounce and support. I live alone and was able to unpack the mattress and get it on my bed frame by myself although it’s heavy enough I wouldn’t have been able to get it upstairs alone if I lived in a multi story home. It arrived very quickly and was overall a good experience.

This has been a very good experience. 5 foot seven, 140 pounds 79 male, side sleeper. I ordered the duo latex plus mattress and it beats my expectations. The top which I didn’t expect to be so cushy and nice is really wonderful versus some of the tops I’ve seen of the quilted wool. It is a true medium set up as designed. It took about a week and I settled into it nicely. I know that because I have degenerative back disease and my back has done well in the morning getting out of the bed. In short, it’s a winner. So it’s only been 10 days, but it looks real good.

While we started with a Duo Latex Queen (2 inch topper) we decided that as side sleepers we would be more comfortable with the higher topper. We had originally ordered a duo lift and although my husband loved it, it wasn't a great fit for me. We were recommended this top for our comfort exchange and it is perfect for us. It's still supportive enough for my husband but with enough softness for me. Really enjoy the mattress and this company in general, you can really feel the personal touch when interacting on phone
